I don't really know how to harm people psionically, but if i did here is what i would think. If somebody is hurting me, my family, or my friends, I wouldn't hesitate. If somebody is doing something wrong to another person, then maybe just an eincy wincey bit to scare the person out of doing it. But it's not right to just go out and start hurting people to see if you can do it or not. Oh, it's also if you are practicing with a friend, and it's controlled. That's ok really im going to be totally honest, i would do it to anyone who make me mad enough, if oyu say something bad about me or constantly want to bother me you are getting it.i know how to psionically hurt someone but it attracts evil spirits so i dont do it anymore.spirits=scary |

It is only justified if there is no other options. Throwing up defensive shields should stop most of these situations that would require harming someone. I would throw up all my defenses and if you can warn them if they keep attacking you then you have no other option but to defend yourself. They asked for it.
