The reason why downloading music is bad is because, you never really purchased the album with the song on it, and the creator is not getting paid for the work.
However, if you did have the album, and then you downloaded it, it should be perfectly ok.
Some artists go so low to release some of their tracks on newest albums onto limewire before the release of the album.

I'm saying, you bought the album, but if you download the same exact songs that were on the album, it shouldn't matter.
