Persuasion and Predictions.
Theres a difference when doing them, but they seem to have a similiar result.
For example, how do you know if your predicting something or persuading something to happen. Lets say you had a dream that so and so was going to happened, then it happened. Maybe that dream was just a dream and you made it happen.
There are time when you know, such as you perdicted a comet was going to destroy Utah. You usually cant persuade a comet.
I relized this because in Martial Arts, I thought I was perdicting the other guys moves, but I was only persuading them.
Maybe theres no such thing as perdictions, and everthing is just persuaded?

(shouldn't this be in the debating corner?) I think psi isnt involved in it, and it's more like the cause of a stimuli or something. I agree with you though, there is indeed a very fine line between persuading/ influencing something to happen, and just predicting something. Hmm.. I reckon scientific predictions (eg the effects of global warming etc) would most likely be under 'predicting'.
You brought up an interesting subject Mr. X =D
