Are You Doing Psionics, Can Psionics Kill You

Ok, first.

Are you actually doing psionics? Im not saying as no one can do psionics but lets say we took 1000 people and they were giving a day crash course can all 1000 of them do psionics?
It'd be lucky if 1 of those 1000 can actually do psionics.
So, how do you know if its not just natural bodily functions?
The reason why I say this is because many people ask questions and asks if it relates with psionics and alot of you say yea it probally does but alot of those questions are just natural body functions that doesn't really relate with Psionics.
You can't know for 99% [Im not saying 100% because no one can know anything for certain] if your doing psionics unless you do something like Flare [Still not 100%, because it could be something besides Psionics].

Second

If you actually do psionics, can it kill you? Working with psionics with out care can damage you from the inside and in turn can kill you.
Theres alot of people who say they do not feel anything, that must mean there doing it perfectly even as a begginer, well I think you should go to re-read my first statement.
Also, Psionics is an energy.
Electricity is an energy, if you get hit with the right Volt and Current you can be killed
Gamma Rays is basiclly just high energy, if you get hit with that you will die withalmost uncertainty.
Psionics is an energy, so why wont it have the same affect?

I never assume i'm doing psionics, but i can spin the psi-wheel. I can do something. not much. plus, everytime i do psionics at night i have a bad night sleep. I can't calm my heart down and most often i get nightmares.

I would say that I am doing a higher level of psionics than most, though my only confirmation is from people noticing effects I am aiming for in their homes hundreds of miles away.

If you want a good test, do an experiment with two people, one of whom is a extremely good scanner. Have the scanner sit by and observe what you do energeticly, while you attempt to manipulate the area around the other person. Do not say what you are doing, when you are doing it, or how you are doing anything. Have both scanner, and the other person PM you results of what is going on.

When both people agree 90% of the time, and are correct on what you are doing, then you have some proof that you are having an effect, though it is still very weak proof.

As for the other question, yes, psionics can kill you. If it can kill other people, why couldn't it kill you? If you focus the wrong intent into the energy, you could end up with... quite nasty physical effects. I have accidently messed myself up quite a few times, though I have managed to avoid anything that is fatal so far. I wouldn't want to accidently start cancer in my body though, and thats quite possible if you mess up badly enough. In addition, try turning psionic energy into electricty while inside your body. Quite shocking. How about turning your energy into a highly poisonous mass? Done that, and it sure hurts; it also managed to get me sick.

In other words: Be careful, and do a lot of experiments to be sure you are not doing something like bio-feedback.
