If you have an experiment that you're thinking about conducting or would like to see the results of such, please post it here. This thread is for serious, scientific feedback on those ideas and structured plans in order to carry them out.
Do not make a thread about an idea you have if you do not intend on being scientific and carrying it out. If you're thinking about it, or are in anyway unsure, then post here. Otherwise, it will be assumed that you are committing to that experiment.
This topic might be temporary and will definitely be revised in the future..

(this isnt about anything about researching, but just wondering about adding these things? 1a. Set a title? 1b. Set an aim? 1. Define the question 2. Gather information and resources (observe) 3. Form hypothesis 4. Perform experiment and collect data 5. Analyze data 6. Interpret data and draw conclusions that serve as a starting point for new hypothesis 7. Publish results 7a. Insert a graph or table maybe? 8. Retest (frequently done by other scientists) Usually an odd number of times is retested?

Wow, I completely messed up on this one. I read all your posts in this section Rippy, yet I still managed to miss the part about posting experiments here first. Well I've already posted my experiment, should I delete it and re-post it here first?

Nah, I like your post. I'm currently looking for a compass and a magnet in my house. xD
Happy 100 posts by the way.

Sorry, checking here slipped my eyes as I read the rules for this board. I understand if you find my work seems poorly defined, and if you wish to delete it, I understand. I am trying to keep the finer details between me and my participants until everything is revealed at the end of the experiment.
I assure you that this experiment shall not fall by the wayside if it is allowed to continue.
