Rules of the forum and chat

I NeoPsychic here, im sort of a newb to this site ( I've been at psipog for about 4 years so I really know whats going on when it comes to psi). At psipog there were always rules as far as the chat and forum. I really didn't see anything to specific so I was wondering if you guys have a rules post or something. Post it or write a link if you could.

No one really uses our chat, except for yesterday and that's a very long, nast story. I might sometime soon host a practice (not sure on what though) and use the chatroom.
