OK thats a hell of alot of coding and not html..... Most prescripted forums have "mods/hacks" that would allow that to be implimented but thats down to Karen to install. Even then its only if the people hosting this proboard will allow the hack to be used because they'd have to update the files stored on the server to enable it.

I do try to send out a pm to new members personally welcoming them to the site, encouraging them to post. If you all would like to help me make an offical welcoming message to give to each member, then sure.
