Mentor & Student Pairing

the thing here is get a group of people get them to teach groups of 2-4 at a time in their own seperate chat then have them message you later on their progress if they have any questions have them ask them then just answer the questions and every month or two just have a group meeting and have the older students work 1 on 1 with the younger students and have them play simple teaching games make sure the teachers are not that far ahead so the teachers can relate to the person when they went through this but advanced enouph not to make the same mistakes

wow, i was going to reply to this but it looks like the idea died. well that sucks. I was going to say that it would be cool if there would be teachers for every different skill depending on what the teacher is good at. it's easier to teach if you know what you are teaching well. Then, you have votes on what people would want to learn, and whatever has more votes gets more teachers. Like for example, I'm most interested in telepathy, and wouldn't want to sit through a lesson about psi balls, and telekinesis. but hey it's just an idea, and i doubt it will even get a chance since this kinda died. well talk to you all later.

I think you can't just say

"I'll be a Mentor"
Since, you might want to mentor someone else but not have proper knowledge or skill and teach your student wrong.

I think people should reccomend people, and rank them on there knowledge such as a 1-10 or S, A, B, C, D, E in a new topic.
