empathy makes me sick

ok so i think that im getting allergic empathy and i might have gotten sick from someone in school through empaty(temporarily) because my teacher was feeling very sick, then i started getting stomach aches like her. but when i came home its starting to get better.also i think i broadcasted it throught the whole school because the nurse said that alot of people were coming to her with the same problem. like i felt like really sick and now its just gone. would this be empathy.

Probably just a virus. They spread like anything. Possibly not helped by any empathy on your part - surrounded by lots of people suffering from the same virus!

Yes I know how you feel. Empathy makes everything worse when it's already bad. When you get out of school walk home if you can. Try to go for quiet places and relax. Also learn about grounding and shielding.

wel heres the thing i always start to have allergic problems when i enter spanish class and my teacher has said she had bad allergies. and also no one around me felt sick untill after lunch. it all happened so fast it was really bad too my teacher ran to throw up and there was a line at the nurse's office. then when i got home it lef as quick as it began.

could it possibly be a virus that's going around? unless you feel emotionally "sick", I doubt if your problems ar ebeing caused by your empathic abilities.

it probably is a virus but i think its a virus intencified by my empaty on myself and he people around me.

getting feelings from others in youre school, maybe you just got her sick feeling, and thats what made you sick, or yes i agree with shiryuu, it may just be a virus.

I dont know... When everybody is sick aroud me i feel sickness too...
Try this: make a psi-ball. Then program it to gather all feeling that are bad for you ( sickness, sadness, angryness etc.) and to feed on them. let it hover above your head and yust let it be, you only need to check it out from time to time. I made it, and i tryed to program it to feed on my bad feelings and from bad feeling of persons around me. Pretty nice, everybody in my companion is happy now. They even told me that i make them feel really nice and warm I'm not really good with programing but it is working quite nicely... Maybe it's just in intentions you have when programing?? Try it out and post did it helped !! have fun & be happy

That doesn't sound like empathy at all. Empathy is generally limited to emotions, not physical distress - unless you are very, very closely tied to the person. And broadcasting to the degree you describe would need to be intentional and could only be done by someone very, very skilled in such a pursuit. It sounds like a passing stomach upset - it could have been some very slight food poisoning from something bad in the cafe, or it could just be a virus. But I am quite sure it was no form of empathy.
