I hav learned how to make an empathic shield, but ever sence I started
having psi leaks I used it to keep in my psi.Now every where I go I feel every ones emotions nd know their pains. Can anyone help?
By the way an empathic shield uses the surrounding emotions to make a shield.

im no expert in shielding but you may have subconciously replaced your empathy sheild when creading your "psi container" shield.

you said it uses the surrounding emotions to mae a shield?
not sure what you mean by that, but you could try just creating a normal shield (construct) which is programmed to block out emotions...

Normal shields cause head aches. and these emotions also give me a head ache .

normal shields never cause headaches for me... maybe you're doing something wrong?
