When im receiving telepahy from somebody in my area it feels like the back of my head is gonna explode if i dont acknowledge whoever it is thats sending i got no idea HOW to do telepapthy though so i cant acknowledge whover it is thats trying to talk to me with telepathy sometimes i get occasional phrases outta the pain most of which lead me to believe its just somebody mentally screaming out for any other psionics in the area any suggestions ?

Has much has I would love to help you with this I can't. I am born telepath, I don't know how I telepath I just can... after only two years of learning.. barely and hardly any meditation I was able to get my teacher's/ best freinds name into his head.. sad thing is he couldn't hear anything else but from what he said it took him even longer to do that. If anything all I can think of is when you get that feeling quiet your mind. By using meditation... there is something here about how to do it and you may just hear whom it is that is trying to telepath ya. If I could help more I would I swear.

The only person I can do telepathy with is my nieghbor and that's because we have this great link. But I can help you with finding out who is tping to you. Basically when someone is tping you just gather psi inside of you and search for a signature. Use that signature to search the room/ house/ building/ wherever you are to find out who it is.

You send by focusing on what it is that you want to send. It might also help if you do "pulse sending" ie sending each time your heart beats: works well for some but I find it too distracting. Whatever you do, don't focus on the person you're sending to as this will block what you're actually trying to send, just keep their identity in the back of your mind.

That helps too... what potorch did actually does help. If you broadcast well enough, other psions will perceive it as a distress call. Depending on what kind of person they are, they'll help you out.

I got the opposite problem I can send but I can't recieve I can send fairly well...since my personal "day of the house of M" (x-men reference) I couldn't do anything telepathic before I lost everything. but since then I've been working with it and it's been ALOT easier for me to send which comes in handy for the main thing I wanted it for. (suggestion)
