does anyone hav any techinques for mind reading? ide only use it for good btw. i did it by accident once... but yeh thanks

What kind of mind reading do you mean?

i don't know if anyone should ever teach mind reading hacking into ones mind is very bad and can be a form of attack

A very Simple form of mind reading... walk up to someone and ask them what they are thinking. when they tell you you will then have read their mind =p
The mind is not a book, and few would appriciate it if you treated theirs like one, if you don't have permission, then it is a bad idea- usually considered an attack to try to force your way into their mind. (I remember someone calling it mind rape before.)
If you do have permission then why not just ask them yourself? There still is telepathy, empathy, and hypnosis(if it's not what's in the concious mind that you are interested in).
There are websites out there that have tips and techniques on the subject - but I'd never try to learn it myself. It's just trouble, and even worst if I do it unconciously because I learned to do it.

well i think hacking is very bad and is seen as an attack to me so i don't think mind reading is a very good idea but me i wish too that i could learn mind reading but is very wrong in my eyes

oh yeah i totally agree with all of you. what i sort of experienced was someone telling me telepathically something before they said it out loud. the whole 'mind rape' is offputting... but yeh its all kool...

You won't get anywhere unless you practice and the marjority of peopl would probably not sita around and let you try to read them. You'd look like a complete fool. There are many different techniques for reading minds. Probing (by injecting a tendril and rooting it within the person's mind) is a way of reading them. Scanning the surface of their mind for current thoughts is another way of reading. Reading auras (debatable) could be another possible way of reading minds. Of course mind reading raises ethical questions and all, but sometimes you just have to ignore those and practice.

Well the type of telepathy I've been exposed to is one of the ones that was mentioned by xpwarrior3, kind of. It's accessing the current thoughts that are in a person's mind at any given time. It's not hacking into it and picking through files, I have only had that happen while I was asleep (it might have been some sort of hypnotism that began after I had fallen asleep), and I was remembering something from a lengthy time in the past, something I hadn't even come close to thinking of for quite a long while. This is the type of telepathy that I believe everybody has. The type that was introduced to me around this time last year, even though at that time, in the beginning, I was only sending, not receiving.
One way of "taking advantage" of this is by getting other people to complete your sentences. You either say, or think something, and whatever they thought you were gonna say will be played in your heads. I had this cop stop me walking one time and think "Well you look pretty... (and not just pretty, lol, the tonation implied that there was more to the sentence)" I thought "high," because I really don't like cops and don't want them to arrest me for something I'm not and I have an active mind and I couldn't stop it, I was kinda afraid that I DID look high, even though I knew I wasn't. And afer the "high," he went, "yep," and kept doing the identity check thing.
