Just a question but has anyone sent a telepathic message to the next state or territory? I ask because my best friend lives in Oregan and I live in Washington. I'ld call but long distance calling cost to much for my poor family. my dad is rich but I hate my stepmom. so can anyone help?

I would practice online a lot and on the phone when possible before trying over the state.
