When I do TPS for telepathy practice all I do is like make someone scratch their nose or head.

I agree with rasputin. I work with people who use psi skills to harm others-while they laugh hysterically over it. These people are over 50 also. One even practices voodoo.
special gifts are for helping humanity , helping our planet and animals out-- not for coercing or harming others.
If a person dropped their wallet and I was able to use telepathy to warn them, ---- to me that woudln't be wrong, because it would save them alot of grief.
I'm referring to the more selfish ways people can use telepathy.

For those of us who have special gifts...and telepathy is one of them...there is a Rsponsibility that comes with them.
Respect the privacy of others is first and foremost. I doubt if any of us would like someone poking around in our minds...well, other people don't like it either...and as posted, it does make you feel violated...to have your private space invaded.
Now, I know there is a lot of temptation when you are first aware you can do this...and, as imperfect humans ;D, we have do it...just to prove we can..this works for awhile until you run into the wrong person...and get smacked down. After that, you learn to respect it...lol.
Those persons who use their gift for nefarious means are living on the edge....and eventually, will probably get a powerful reminder to mind their own business.
