hey yea im trying to practice a bunch of psionics in my spare time and i have dabbled in telepathy before and im a better sender than reciever so basically what can i do to improve not only my receiving skills but also like what do i start off with practicing colors and shapes or sumfin..........and yea when i do telepathy i picture mysekf and the other person standing in a dark space then our brains coming out and fusing together, thats how one site said to do it but is it the right way or is there another way...thanks guys

Just think to someone.
If you're skilled enough, it will only reach the person it was intended for. If not, then other people might pick up on it.
To receive better, just wait. I was a sender first (with no receiving ability), then a telepath. Practicing on certain things, like shapes, colors, and the like won't really do any good. Just make sure you incorporate them into your message whenever you send it. You can send unbelievable things, all you have to do is think about it, literally.
It's not hard, and the only reason one would need to practice, really, is so they can stop being so impulsive. I can't really control what I send, and often send out stuff I don't mean to. I can't stop myself before I reach that point. It's like saying to someone "Don't think of a chocolate sundae." Immediately, they'll think of a chocolate sundae (unless they misunderstood you). It's kinda like that.

pillz's suggestions are good. I would also recommend going around and randomly scanning people. Don't worry about getting confirmation at first. Just randomly scan, and get the feeling of scanning (whether you do it correctly or not). After a while of scanning and you get the feeling of how it is to scan, try scanning and requesting confirmation.

thanks guys.....but uhmm how do i scan people and how do i get confirmation do i just like ask them in person if that was what they were feeling or what...haha sry im uber new at this
