I did an experiment today, I went grocery shopping without saying anything. I use tp for everything. It worked! I was able to move through crowds (crowd manipualtion, broadcasting) and get someones help (pinging) and checkout. It was really weird not saying anything...

So, when you used TP to respond to someone, they didn't think it was weird that you didn't move your lips or anything?

Yep, it's like hypnotism. You give the person an suggestion, but if they really don't want to do the thing that you suggest them to do, they wont.
And most people don't have anything against moving when a person is walking to wards them.

Yeah all of the above is true, except about people moving. Maybe where you live but here nobody will move for you unless they are that rare nice person. I don't think it's likely that store was filled only with nice people that day.
