How are you supposed to be able to "see" something away from you? Is it a long-range astral projection, where you coordinate psi in your form to another place and percept the psi in that place? Cause i can't think of souls and spirits. just psi is enough for me. Is spirituality a requirement for psi control?

Remote Viewing is a displacement of the mind's eye. Most subjects are not able to "See" clearly as if it were right in front of them, in many cases there are hints and vague images.

Or, you can feel is there presence of water, people, earth, wood, iron, is it in round shapes, sqare shapes, triangles, sometimes even a smell (so i heard)

That's Clairvoyancy, or scrying... Not Remote Viewing.

Remote viewing- to see in larger distances, know what is there even if you cant phisicaly sence it.
Clairvoyance (fran. clair- pure, clean; voyance-vision) To percieve something vithout using your 5 sences. That includes visions, feelings etc. But the difference is that clairvision is in use in seeing hiden things, forgoten things, finding lost, seeing truth and finding targeted person/area and RV is focused on seeing in large distances, seeing or feeling targeted things on certain area or close to someone.

Clairvoyance could be used to feel/know where something is and RV to see it. Clairvoyance is ability to see truth (clear, without lies) so you could actually know what is someone thinking/feeling about you.

Correct, which is what I said. You stated you could use RV to feel the presence of water, etc. and it's shapes, etc. Which is Scrying, and Clairvoyancy is not just seeing or feeling truth. There are different subclasses of Clairvoyancy which support a different "sense". But through that, the circumstance you stated would remain to be Scrying (Finding water, iron, etc.) and Clairvoyancy (The sensign of the shape, color, etc.)
