Would sensing other people's presence count as Remote Viewing?
I was playing Man Hunt at school last night (it was a 30-hour famine and there was about 70 of us staying at school overnight) and I found over half of the people by myself. Even after other people left the room saying they just checked, I knew there were other people in there. I could even pin-point what direction they were in, through a wall or 2, but it was only within 10 meters that I could feel any presences.
Then today at work, I felt overwhelmed when the dining room was full. I couldn't think straight and felt really dizzy. This was about 12 hours after I finished the famine and ate a bunch, but I don't know if that'd have anything to do with it.
Anyways, back to the question... Is sensing presences the same as remote viewing?

No, the ability to sense the presence of another is more instinctual while remote viewing is, in a sense, more directed by your own mind. Hah, in a sense. Bad pun, this is what I get for being up at midnight.

This is kinda of topic but how do you increase your ability to sense other people/living things/objects?

Yes. Empathy will help, as well as meditation and a lot of practice.
