TRY attaching yourself to the box feel it's energy and ZAP yourself (conscious/mind) into it (tactile or visual style) then whatever pictures come to mind go ahead and say. most don't know how simple it can be. =/

P.S.
To 'zap' yourself in, just visualize you seeing in a pitch black room(aka the box) then sorta look behind you real face.
P.S.S. Keep your mind clear with this technique, it can cause major AOL but I guess telling you that now will not help it. =/
