This is a fun game for remote viewing, and I would love if everyone would join in. Also, if anyone is willing to donate their own box that'd be awesome because then I could also play and further develop my own ability.
CONCEPT: The game is simple. I have a box that I will leave sitting to the left of my television. The box will always be there. Once a week I will put an item inside the box, and it is your objective to RV inside the box to see what the object is.
RULES: DO NOT POST WITH YOUR FINDINGS. <-- Very important.
I don't want people to be influenced by what others are seeing. When you are prepared to inform me of your results please send me a PM. I will record your results and then post them at the same time I reveal the identity of the object.

A short guide on remote viewing:
If you are seeking to learn remote viewing you should have a basic understanding of meditation. To be in an optimal state for finding information through means other than your basic five senses your brain needs to reach the Alpha level.
Reaching the Alpha level is easy and by practicing simple meditation every day you can train yourself to reach it in under a minute. The way I reach the Alpha is by taking several deep breathes, and then as I exhale I mentally say and visualize the following:
3... 3... 3... *Deep breath in*
2... 2... 2... *Deep breath in*
1... 1... 1... *Deep breath in*
You are now at alpha. Believe it, know it, and it is so.
Simple meditation alone will give you the ability to remote view, however, if you want to remote view with accuracy it is important to practice points of reference.
Before you go to Alpha gather several items. Rocks, leaves, metal, just different materials that you can practice viewing at the Alpha. While you are at alpha take the objects one at a time and visualize it. Smell it. Imagine what it would be like if you could fit inside it. Shrink yourself so that your are smaller than the cells themselves, and you are actually moving around inside each of the objects. How do you feel? What do you see? What's the temperature? It may sound like a useless exercise, but knowing what your subconscious thinks about each object can further help you to understand and feelings you get while remote viewing. When you feel sufficient with each one, take a break. When you get back we'll work on the second exercise.
(Note: I spent a good four hours on exercises like this and the second one I'm about to share. While I cannot fully share the training that I received, this is just a basic run through. RV in a nutshell you could say.)
The next thing we will do is to (while at alpha) think of a pet. Pick one that's healthy. Visualize them as clearly as you can. Now imagine you have xray eyes and can see all of their inner workings. Look closely at each system. Examine their bones, their blood, respiratory and muscle systems. Again project yourself inside of them. What do you see? Take note of all the details. Now, do the same with a human. Pick a healthy one.
Why are we doing the above exercises? To develop an accurate point of reference. When you visualize things through the alpha level sometimes they will appear distorted or difficult to separate from your imagination (which can easily run wild at the alpha level) so you need to understand what you are really seeing. Those that are lucky, when they visualize a human heart they see an actual beating human heart. Others, when they examine their subject they see a red water balloon in their chest. Understand what I mean? Even the greatest of us at visualization sometimes get a slightly fuzzy picture. When we remote view it will be very similar, so it will help to understand that if you're working on remote viewing and you understand some of the ways your subconscious works.
I was remote viewing once because my mom wanted to test my claimed new abilities. She handed me one of my Christmas presents and told me to tell her what was inside. I meditated for a minute and started to visualize what was underneath the paper. From my natural senses I knew right away it was a DVD. However, I wanted to be as specific as I could. What was this movie about?
I projected myself into it. I visualized as much as I could. The picture was fuzzy at first, showing me a noose. (Like a hangman stick figure lol) I thought harder. What did I smell? The place was extremely clean. The air was empty, and gave me an over sanitary kind of feeling. Another deep breath and I became aware of a chef. It was a classic image, fat dude with a white apron and the hat. From my experience I knew it wasn't a chef I was seeing, it was just the white uniform that he wore. I went on, what did I feel like? I felt a huge adrenaline rush from nowhere, it was like I just jumped out of a plane and ran a mile. The plane part was of significant influence.
To be sure I was accurate I stopped thinking completely, visualized nothing but darkness and then all at once put my attention back on the DVD. Again I saw the noose. I focused harder on it. The image was so poor I knew it wasn't really a noose, but something similar. I focused again, what did I feel like? I felt very repressed and restricted, like I was unable to move.
I totaled what I found and came up with: The plot of the movie had something to do with a war, with the plane and the adrenaline I was in one, then I saw white uniforms and a sanitary place most likely a hospital. Lastly, I felt very restricted and confined by something that I could only visualize as a noose. When I opened the present, the DVD was titled: "The Jacket"
wip.warnerbros.com/thejacket/
It's about a war veteran who committed to an institution for the insane, and then mistreated by being locked away while wearing a straight jacket.
You see, I didn't see exactly everything correctly. I saw a chef in place of a doctor, and a noose in place of a straight jacket. Only through my experience with point of reference was I able to tell the underlying messages in what I was shown, and not keep going with the image of the chef and assume a sanitary place meant a kitchen. This is why these exercises are important.
Now on to the final stage, working with a partner. You need to find someone open minded that won't shoot you down. Have them choose a person that they know well and that has some sort of medical problem. Remember the visualization you did before on a HEALTHY person? Well now you're going to see what an unhealthy body looks like. Have them tell you their name, age, and general location. Obviously the subject has to be someone you don't know, but they know fairly well.
Visualize the subject. Describe them as best you can. If you are close, you partner will correct you slightly. If you are way off, your partner will give you a brief description themselves. It is important to just keep talking as you visualize. Remember, you are using this power in an effort to help someone. Knowing that will make your ability more accurate.
Proceed to ask the person you have visualized *mentally* what is wrong with you? They will often show you, or you will feel it yourself. Keep talking. Say what you think the medical issue is. If you are wrong, be sure your partner responds with "That may be so, I don't have that information." Because let's face it, if you say they have a pain in their left ankle, the person might have a pain in their left ankle, how does your partner know that for sure?
When you correctly identify the problem, say they have just had eye surgery and are still experiencing discomforts etc, and you say something about eyes, your partner could push you on a little. "Let's focus there for a moment, what do you see?" As you learn to focus on what you're seeing, and weed out what is just your imagination, you will sink deeper into your ability and you will know when you are giving an accurate reading. After working successful cases you will be able to RV well on your own. Something about the experience just lets you know when you are right, and when you aren't picking up anything at the moment.
Above all, practice your RV often until you're good at it! Also remember when you were right about a subject, note any feelings you had at that moment and try to feel them again. This puts you in the mood for it and enhances your ability. For example when I'm 'feeling it' I get a tingle on the right side of my head, and when that feeling expands to touch my third eye there is no doubt in my mind that the images I see are 100% accurate. Of course I've only been in that state once, but you learn as you go what's right for you. You may not feel anything, it could be something else entirely, to know yourself just practice!
Whew that was long, and not half as helpful as I wanted it to be. Hopefully you learned from it, but if not, here's another treat for ya.

This is how I learned remote viewing. It is an absolutely awesome system and even though it cost me some money I was 100% satisfied with the results I got. They will train you to meditate, heal, RV, and loads of other stuff. Even if you don't have money, go to the site and sign up for the free training. They'll send you some cool meditation audio to help you get to the alpha level. If at all possible though I highly recommend you attend one of the paid seminars. It helped me tap into my ability so that I can use it accurately. Forgive me for advertising, but it worked so well I can't help but share.
