I like learning about the astral plane and I was wondering is there like a leader.Who is the strongest person/being?Are there wars?

there are wars, unfortunently. the strongest beings would be in my mind, angels and gods.. angels are like the police of the universe  i dont know what anyone else would think. your friend lonewolf |

The 'strongest' --- what do you mean by that? I wouldn't call it a war, just a small battles every now and then that don't happen often, but it is nothing to worry about. Few people have the level of sensitivity where they'll be affected by it.
Both. If you choose to interpret Heaven vs. Hell as (malicious thoughtform [better known as demons] vs. good programming thoughtform [good intentions -- ie. Angels to some]) There are always people fighting in the astral realm.. and they're not fighting over power.. or for power. They're fighting to get themselves more adjusted to astral combat and astral projection, but over power? No. But if you choose to interpret power as.. who can stay the longest in an astral projection or.. who can knock someone else out of AP first, then yes. Thats what the fighting is about. To prove your worth as an excellent astral projector. Fights dont' happen as often as you think.

Lets use ww2 as an example (leaveing out the jews) Hitler not a big name then he gets some follwers here some athority there and boom hes the dictator of germaney and is now trying to take control of europe.So what im trying to say is,is there any one ruler/leader of the astral and are there wars and fights for power.

No, there is no one ruler/dictator of the astral realm... not to my knowledge...
There are fights, but not wars. When you say power that could imply a lot of things..... Territory (which no one owns)....who can stay the longest in an astral projection or.. who can knock someone else out of AP first. But fights don't happen as much as you'd think.. most of the time the astral realm is empty.... unless you think up some thoughtforms or something... but most of the time it's empty.

xp is right about the astral being empty and somewhat right about the lack of battles. ill put it into perspective, do you know how big the astral is? could you give me an exact mathmatical number and say, its that big? if i have 1 egg, i put that egg in a ice-cream container. you could then therietcly give me a mathmatical number and say its that big, compared to the egg. lets place that egg in a city, lets say for arguments sake that the city is 60000 m2. we could then say the egg occupies that much space and the city *astral* is that big. If i placed that egg randomly could you find it?
If i decided to be nice and placed that egg in the universe randomly of course. Could you find it? could you give me a mathmatical number and say, its this big and the egg occupies that much space?
Do we really know how BIG space is? answer, no. Do we really know how BIG the astral is? answer, no.
IF a tree fell and no one was around, would you know it fell?
Things happen all the time, most people arent aware of such things, or they happen at such a fast rate and the event could be so minimal that most dont see or pick it up.
The needle in the hay stack. What if that needle has something happen to it, like an ant took it away. How would it be physically posible that you can verify it, when you never really knew it was there?
