allright here is what happened. i started your tape sitting against my wall on my bed and it sounded just fine. i personally didnt like the presented visualation, i mean a spaceship and the moon come on! but oh well.

i began to get settled and very calm i even started the vibration stage 15 minutes in but his voice wouldn't stop talking long enough for me to leave. i swear every time he took a decent break i was almost away. well since this was an astral projection tape i decided to wait for him to give us time to leave. but being the sitting position and forcing my self not to move gave me cramps and even some spasms, eventually these become so severe that i was forced to change position which shattered my concentration. oh well maybe tonight.
