I'm considering starting to learn Ap, but I'm worried about something. What if I accidentally project myself to a different plane and get stuck there? What if you get stuck in some alternate dimension?

There are many planes, and the one we are on at this moment is called the phyical plane. Lets say you went projectiing to the astral, you leave your body, however, you physical body is still left behind with you concouness. That means you can come back at any time, for a bigener who has there eyes closed would just have to open there eyes to be back in there body. Spiritualy we have a cord, which goes from a string to cord, and gets thicker and thicker as you progress spiritually. The point is that it ties you to your physical body, meaning no one could get stuck somewhere, or some spirit taking over you body beacuse of this thred/cord. In 99.9% of humanity they have a silver cord, and for some of us who have developed spiritually as far as i have *for eg* we have a golden cord. The golden cord is of a much higher vibration compared to the silver cord.
So simply saying no, you can never get lost and never 'never' not get back to your body..
