I have APed once or twice

I think my first experience is when I was about 7 or 8 years old. I was up in my room, it had no door, and across the top of the stairs from my room was my little brothers. My mom made it a habit to come up and check on both of us before she would go to bed. I remembered her coming up one night, checking on me, giving me a kiss on the forehead, and going to check on my brother. Be aware that I saw her do all this. As she went to check on my brother I called to her, but I struggled to do it, like there was something blocking my voice, and I moved as I was doing it. I asked her the next day why she didnt come back when I called her, she said my eyes were closed and I never woke up.....she said I mustve been dreaming even though I was able to tell her exactly what she did.

My second time I was visiting my gram for the weekend while I was in college. I was laying on my back, and on the right side of the bed it felt like something sat down cause I felt the bed sink in. I went to sit up but it felt as if it grabbed me by the arms and held me down. Once I was down I couldn't move anything, even though I was only being held down by my arms. A few seconds later (between 3 or 4) the bed came back up, and I was able to move again.

The second one I'm not so sure, but the first one I'm positive was an AoB. Lemme know what you think.

That really does sound like that. I guess you could say, you were on one level of the astral. The one that is between this world and the astral. But that is what the first one really sounds like.

I never really thought about that until I came to this section of the forum a few nights ago. I still remember what it was like, though I can't recall it enough to know if it would have excited me.....I can just remember struggling to talk and to move.

Well done mate, you indeed hade successful projections. You where projecting to the RTZ (real time zone), this plain is the closest the physical plain. The RTZ is also the place where you go when you OBE (out of body experience), so in saying that you had a successful OBE. That is still a worth a pat on the back. Do you have anymore stories to share with us, it would be good if you could share then with us.

Unfortunately I dont have anymore OBE, AP stories to share, at least not yet, lol. That's something I'm working on. I'd like to have them on purpose and not by accident, lol. The other night I almost had an OBE, but didn't quite make it out of the body, lol.
