i can separate but i cant move my astral body away from my real body how do i do that?

i can separate everthing but my head. for some reason it refuses to move. i need to know how to separate completely by friday.can anyone help me?

Hey Karen, I've been searching forums but I can't find any thread explaining how you actually astral project.
Any suggestions/methods you use to do it; detailed if possbile.
