mindscape part2
hi and welcome to the second part of the mindscape articals. in the first issue i talked about what the mindscape was, how to build things inside of it and how to explore it further. At the time of writing almost a year now i felt that it wasnt finished, i still feel that even now. But im sure in a while longer it will come to me. Ive been pondering over the content of this artical for almost a year now, what to talk about, what not to add etc. I hope that you will enjoy this new artical, fresh from yours truly lonewolf
from here on in i will talk to you about and hopefully not limited to;
projecting to others mindscape
verius games to play
protection
- projection to others mindscape
If you ever wanted to learn to project your mental self, well this is the best way to learn Smiley. We will start where i left off. You require two people to do this, unless you simply plan on projecting to your own mindscape Tongue
For this you need two people. A friend perferibly, as some could feel this as a invasion of privecy. you need to decide who will project and who will host in there own mindscape that place in which the first person will projet to.
What i like to do is get the person who is hosting the place to project to. i try and make it simple. Making a 4sided room, i tell them they can make it as big or small as they like, colour, windows and doors. Its all upto you, i then ask to visulise them self in this room. this helps for later.
There are two ways you can enter there mindscape, the easyest way is have the host tell you what is inside his room. This will build up a core image. The way i like to do it and the more advanced way to simply project to them inside there room and describe the room to them.
i will break it down for you and describe what the host and projector should do and in what order.
*host;
close your eyes and build up a room of your likeing, any size, colour, doors and windows. i do surgest at first you stick to a bere room, no furniture for now. You can also make persific clothes for you to wear, like blue geans, red top etc. Vivid colours will help create the core image for people who are starting off.
secondly pirture yourself in this room, walk around and get formilure of everything and the surroundings. once you are ready walk back to the middle of the room and wait there.
{this is for people who are new, if not skip step}
explain in the best detail you can to the person who is going to project into your room, add anything that you feel nessecry. Also dont forget to mention what you look like, again helps with creating a core image.
next is the projector;
If you know how to mentally project to there mindscape, with or without the aid of a core image skip the below leasons. If you have dificulty please read the below steps.
the first thing befor projecting is to find there energy sig, this helps you project to there mindscape and not accidently go else where. I have explained in a nother artical how to find a psi/energy sig, so i wont go into it here.
once you have found there signature, close your eyes and take deep breaths. clear your mind and relax your body. This isnt the most easyest thing to do first time, and alot of people have great dificulty so pleaes be patient.
while you are relaxed and your eyes closed, and knowing where you are ment to go *core image* start to build up what there room looks like. first start off with the floor, the walls, the roof. its not nescesry to do all this is overly great detale, but dont rush it either.
second part is picture the host in the middle of the room, i prefer to stand behind them as seeing someone from behind as it's less confusion and takes the added stress out of trying to see there facial features.
once you are happy with this, and your ready simply visulise yourself behind this person. This is a "just do it" method, and i know it doesnt help you with the "how" so i will break it down further.
---methods of entry to the mindscape----
*once you have done the above, one thing you could do is then visulise yourself outside of this room. i would surgest making it all black/grey, nothing that will destract you like pritty colours from you orginonal intent. Once you have done this, simply see yourself walking though a wall into this room. walking behind this person, standing a few meters away.
*you could also visulise a door infront of you in your mindscape, so once again close your eyes, and picture a door, any size and colour. Say to yourself, and visulise it that once you open this door it will lead to there room, right behind them. once you are cofident start to open this door and see there room and walk though the door. when you are in there room see this door close and vanish.
if you are having trouble trying to connect the door to there room you can simply do this. visulise a white orb standint behind them, and one orb infont of your door. picture these two orbs linked with a thred. this will help guide you to there room. once you have done this simply walk though it as above.
ok, for the ones who didnt tell the projector what the room looked like etc and good work if you succeeded indoing so. Now the hard work in on the projector, its now your turn to describe the room best you can. for eg, purple walls, a small light in the middle of room, window to your right, door behind you etc. its best to describe the room in the direction that the host is facing. that way you both can be sure that you are in the right place and have it the right way around. What i also do is have the host slowly turn around, i then get the projector to describe as best they can what i look like. So that would be, red shirt, blue pants, no shoes. also blonde hair, green eyes etc. IF you are new to this, then seeing everything in minute detail will be quite difficult. Its ok to get a few things mixed up, record what you got right and what you didnt quite see to well. its also best to note your weakness's, as you can always work on these later on.
From this point in time, i usually take the host back to my own mindscape. The simple way to do this is to hold onto the shoulder of the host and then visulise yourself back in your own mindscape. always make sure you take your host with you, for obviouse reasons as this defeats the purpos Tongue. I do the same thing, this time letting the host try and see my room, or other places.
from here you can do anything you wish, i like to play games and i will list a few for you to try. these are aimed at helping your sight aswell as having some fun.. i hope Smiley
- Games to play while in the mindscape
Now here comes the best part, and everyone loves games! What i do is record how well each person does, so when they practice with me again i know where they are weak on and from that i can see how well they have progressed. So i asume you would also do the same, or at least mentally jult down things you could improve on. I will like these games randomly and/or in the best order ican from easy to hard best i can. So onto the games;
* what can you see? - this is a real good game, you simply take your projector to a pre-built place in your mindscape. I like to take people to a tree that bears fruit. I get the student to first have a look around, i note what they can see and how much detail they can give me. If they cant see the tree i will move them gently infront of the tree, and again ask what is infront of them. Record what they see, if they go i see a tree of somekind you know they can at least see the object. I get a bit more difficult when i ask what fruit does it bear. I then record again what they see and how much detail they give me. Its a good idea to note what they missed to, helps for later.
* Coloured Cards - As the name surgests, i get A4 size sheets of paper that is coloured and hold the paper infront of me. I get the student to see the colour and if they are right tell them so, then move onto the next colour. If they get it wrong i simply say look again, try not to be negative this is atually harder than some people think. try going though the basic colours first, seeing what colours they see best, and not so good. record it down. I like to play tricks to, keep them on there toes and makes them actaully look instead of guess. I place a black/white card radomly it will make them second think themselves and thus make them try harder. I also like to place the colours they dont see to well alot, helps them identify them easyer. You can go alot harder too, try placing two cards next to each other, and always make them two different colours too. again throw in some black and white cards. Mix up the colours they dont see to well with the ones they see good with. again, record the results.
the two above games where easy, because the object was mainly infront of the student, these next ones test there ability to see and move around independently.
* Find the Orb - this is for people who can see quite well and have little difficulty in moving around. I like to start with a nice sized room, like a big family room. Try to place the orbes in differenet places too. You can start off with 3 orbs and work your way up, you can also change the colours to make it harder/easyer. I like to keep the colour white and glowing, beacause for new people this will be quite a test let alone trying to find coloured balls. You can upgrade to supersize too, take them to a forrest and place coloured balls in/around the same coloured object for eg. places a green orb in the middle of bush's, put a blue one in the river etc. you can make it as hard or easy as you like, just remember to do so accordenly to there skill lvl. record your results and see what they need to work on.
* Travel to other plains - IT is very easy for a projector who is talented in mental projection to take a student or another projector/group of projectors to another plain. You could take them to your house or to your school, you could take them to the astral, even the higher plains. I have taken many people to shambhala quite a few times, just take care and dont over do it.
I personally love doing any of these, the largest group i have projected individually was 5 people. i was projecting into each of these 5 people at the same time playing the card game to each of these 5 lads. I wouldnt recommend this for people who get headaches easy, because it was extreemly hard to keep my awareness of 6 places at once. i was even talking over msn to all 5 of these people symataniously. If you have a hard time bi/tri locating i wouldnt do this at all.
What i also do is use the plains as a testing ground too, because the higher the plain the higher the person has to rais the vibration the harder it is to see. in a way that is mean, but if they can even see a little in the higherplains that is such a huge achivment. That effort is well worth a pat on the back from me.
*edit, updated abit more. still trying to find time to finish it lol.
