I want to know if you can talk to any people when doing a out of body expriences and canyou fool with a family member when doing, so can any body help me?

You can only talk to people that are astral projection themselves and only to their astral bodies. It's not very nice to "fool" family members, may I remind you. Astral projection is not a gift to be fooled around with. It is a rare chance to see the world in a way that few can.
