hey...can anyone help me to astral project...i seem to reach to the vibrations but then i lose it...i try different techniques but i dont seem to get anywhere...

don't worry about getting it in the first month. i got a technieque of this site and i reached the vibrations the first time i tried (i didn't leave though), but i person that posted it said she didn't project till about four months later.
