this morning i think i moved my astral fingers, but i'm not sure.
last nigh i went to my bed early (1 am). and i woke up 6 am, and tried ap (can't do it yet) and i did what i usually do to get relaxed and tried to make my body sleep. then after a while i decided that i wanted to leave my body now. so i tried to move my astral hand, and low and behold i felt my fingers opening and closing, but it couldn't lift my hand, and i'm sure my real fingers wernt moving. i didn't ap but when i looked at my hands my fingers where touching and couldn't be moving. i think it was my astral fingers but i'm not sure,
oh yeah, when i'm doing pk, i found another way to "shut down" my body, i noticed it last night, can't wait till later to try it
