Well last night I think I almost had an OBE. I want to know if you think I was close and if I progressed I would've had one. Ok here's my story: I've always wanted to AP for a while now. I got extremely excited when I looked on "Astral Society" and found an "easy" way to AP. Ok so I was sitting in my computer chair. Then I started getting relaxed; every muscle one by one. After that I cleared my mind and I was almost ready. I started to go into the "trance" state and felt the falling sensation. Then I tried to "move" my arm and legs and so on, like my astral body not my physical. I had my eyes closed to whole time but pictured that part as kind of a ghost coming out of me. Then my eyes started to twitch, which I hear is a sign you're getting very close. I got a little excited but got focus back quickly. Then the worst possible thing at that moment(to me) happened....fear. I don't really know why but that instinctual feeling of "not knowing" came over me....it stopped me, but I didn't care. I was excited that I made it "that far" but now I question if I was far at all. Thats where you guys come in. Do you think if I proceeded fearless, I would've APed?Or do think I was destined to fail anyway ?
