Getting to the Astral Plane....

Ok well I heard on Astral Society that you usually project to the Etheric Plane or "Real Plane" is what I think Karen calls it. So from here I wondered how do you get to the Astral Plane? I heard that you can get there from going through a mirror for most or by going through a portal you find. Is this true? Or is it fake? If so can you tell me how to get there from the Etheric Plane?

Jedi Karen offers one way. One way works for another person, another works for a different. As I said, online, there are many articles on how to get about doing that.

sorry if I confused you but I meant if you do project to the etheric plane or the real time plane, how would you proceed to the astral plane. maybe you answered this question but I didn't see it answered. sorry if you did and I didn't see it. What I mean is when you project from to where your body is, how to you go to the place with the temples, not how to project itself.

Have you not paid attention to the post I posted up as a sitcky? I went to all this trouble for people to not ask questions for basic information or how to astral project.
