Getting to the Astral Plane....

I have no idea, I've done it, but I have heard others who have done it that way. Try it if you want, as long as it doesn't involve any plants or chemicals that could harm you, then I think it's all good. There are many ways to get to the astral.

I know I didn't say yes. But you can try with a mirror.

The Real Time Zone is the Earthly plane in real time . The Etheric occurs in a sphere around that although most people when they speak of the Etheric consider only the duplicate above a real time zone area . The Astral is above and around the Etheric .Rather than consider a model of flat layering considers layers of spheres of energy around the planet .

To attain the Astral you need to project from the EArth Stone in an OBE . This is best done by

opening in protection
building up energy ie NEW see Robert Bruce free tutorials on this
Powering up
lying down slowly into a fetal position so that the legs and arms come into alignment
wait for the vibes to occur
and separate from the body when the vibes occur
there are diverse ways to separate ;
For example , I push out like I am swimming up from the bottom of a pool to the roof and into the astral from there .
or
I roll out to walk within the home .

ok im new at this and im not shor if i have done APing be for i think i have like if i walk down a street ill start to space out and see other things in places i've never been and when i get to where ever it is that i was going i dont rember a thing of the walk so i question is am i aping or just spacing out?

Today I tried a method I found on this website with 30 differnt ways to AP, and well it had me lay down on my bed, relax untill my heart rate and breathing rate were to its minimum, then hold my left wrist onto my chest with my wright hand taking my pulse, and breathing while counting both my breath, and heart pulse untill I totally spaced out, and had that feeling were I wasn't in my regular body anymore. But I really coudn;t seem to get out of the space were my body was in. I had no clue how to move, then my pc screen came on from a creek in the desk, and it woke me from my trance. =(

ya i am having the same problem as you are i can get out of my body but just cant move around at all

Just a quick question, if you astral project before you die, does your astral body stay on earth forever, or does it die too?

Astral body!=mortal. It can't die. It doesn't stay on the physical either. Some theosophists believe that astral projection before dying=="conscious dying," where you keep all your memories and abilities from your last life. I don't really subscribe to the Theosophical point of view, but hey, it's there, no sense in withholding information.
