i've never astral projected before but how do you get to another plane or temples that you guys keep talking about and does your astral form look different from your human form. ???and when your astral projecting out your body do you feel something because i'm only aerokinetic i've never tryed anything else

When APing I normally just think about the place I want to go to using all available information. And then just teleport there. Teleporting does take a bit of practice to get the hang of. So you could start out by teleporting 3 feet in front of you at first, and increase the difficulty from there.
Your "Astral Form" can look like whatever you want it to. So basically you can shapeshift.

wait a minute you AP then teleport or you can teleport physically

you astral project to the astral plane, which a term more all the planes that you can project to.

I find that when I ap, I am right where my body is, and then I am able to move to different "planes." I was told that when you're at your body, you are in the "Real Time Realm" And from there, you are able to move to the "Astral Plane." While in the astral plane you can go to the different temples and planes/realms. But of course, that could be wrong. |

thought and action meld to one on the astral plane.....so logically if you want to go to Tokyo, you think of being in Tokyo.....Kabaam....you there
