What do you fear?

What do you fear about projection or the astral plane? Please give as much detail as possible because this will be used in an article.

Personally, I fear little about it, mostly its fear that I cannot do it as I have been trying on and off for about a year.

My few fears are as follows.


If you are trapped in the astral plane and cannot find a way back to your mind, is there anything you can do?

What do you do if you get lost?

What should you do if you meet a negative entity?

How does your mind affect how you appear? (Do emotions change how you look?)

Is it possible to get trapped outside your body?


Think thats about all.

Though small, I fear, that if I get scared in the astral plane, and get sent back to my body, that I would have a heart attack or something similar to me going into shock.

I fear fighting a negative entity(which I do often) that somehow can prevent me from going back to my body if I "die."

Fear...fear is nothing to me...I go in with out a care...Life is too short to "FEAR" anything...just act. In fact...Fear is Afraid of me... FEAR FEARS ME!! xD

I think I'm not afraid of too much. Fighting a negative entity? I could deal with that. Getting lost? I could deal with that, and I would find my way around. I think what I fear most is that I may get caught in between a war of some sort. I've never read too much about it, but I have read that it can happen. But in a way I sort of look forward in participating in one...I don't know. I guess it sounds kind of crazy...but that's it.

i cant do it yet, but the only fear i have is that when i do it, i get sucked back into my body, which would be really frustrating, or someone waking me up as soon as i leave

Actually I have another, my mother (who still has no idea I do this) walking in on me when I get a projection and thinking I'm dead

When I had fear in the first times, was because a human shaped shadow came to me and touched me. I felt like dying. A week later I managed to overcome the fear and use my intention to keep 'em away

I don't really have any fears about APing. I haven't done it yet, but I don't have any fears. I think I am more excited to actually AP then anything.

If I am not mistaken you have to O.B.E. to go to the astral plane. I have revently discovered a phobia of not being able to move. It breaks my concentration very easily and It's all I can do not to wake my body up before I even get it halfway asleep.

My fear is not getting lost, but not being able to return to my body. This makes me scared very easily, and every time that i try to AP it makes me think of it. I just have to get over it, because I know that all i have to do is think of being in my physical body, and then i'll be there.

I've heard that is possible that demon enters your body when you're projected. I don't know, but my friend AP-ed few years ago and he doesent remember 3 days after that. Somebody told him that he was in school, on trainings and everything, didn't want to tell him what was hapening at a time he doe not remember. All he knows is that his parents doesen't want to talk with him and his friends avoiding him. That is all a past and he stopped doiing psi after that... (he APed in some really scary place, and he almost cryed when talking about that.) So if I had to tell my fear it would be to do the same thing as he did.

Yea, now that is scary. Even then i wouldn't stop using psi, i wouldn't AP anymore. I mean, psi is a great ability that everyone has, but i would be pretty shaken. I'd try to explain it to everyone, but i hope they'd believe me.
