My quasireligion states that the other purpose of the astral plane--other than to serve as a learning ground for energy workers and disincarnate spirits--is to serve as a transitional state between death and reincarnation. And Kara, that's a very Theosophical view on the afterlife. ^_^

My theory is that during the last few moments, our spirits are ejected from our bodies and that is how some people manage to see them, because those people don't wish to ascend to the higher levels because of 'unfinished business'. (thus those spirits with the grudges that are in haunted places. Think ghost whisperer, except without the light)

And, isn't one of the levels of the astral plains there for creation of physical objects? If it is, isn't it possible to try to reach that level and then re-create your body? (Just think, you would go through a death every 50-70 years, the only backlash to this idea, fortunately.)

If you read Robert Monroe's books...he states that when people die they separate from their body and they

A)their spirit/soul stays in this physical reality because their minds are too closed and they are trapped in our society. ( I think for example ghost you know)

B) Their spirit goes to the astral realm and it either explores or go back for another life in earth ...or other life system (reincarnation)

again Robert Monroe is not trying to make you beleive this but he says he is just saying how he knows (his knowledge)

I have taken an interest in binaurals (why is it spelled like it has to do with auras reather than neurons(bineural)?) and I am trying to see if it is possible to use them to help those who have difficulty meditating and can't do so because of skin problems (itches, poison, rashes, etc.) or because of impatience or a very tight schedule, this is from personal limitations.

There are binaurals that help you concentrate better, relieve pain and theres just too many hehe

There are frequencies for basically anything. Organs, bones, brain growth, releasing the growth hormone, activating chakras(supposedly) and making people a genius. Other people have found out that they can also imitate the effects of drugs.

And no-one commented on my above saying. Isn't there a level/plane on the Astral Plane(s) for physical manifestation? I read about it beforethat there are multiple levels and that only the greater people can get to the physical plane and create physical matter. I have also studied that in chaos magick (yes, I know) that a certain sigil stops an entity from manifesting itself on our physical plane. So, is it possible?

I've heard that if someone touches you while you are APing you are lost forever, and can't get back into your body. But, from what i've heard, it's not true, because if you are disturbed by the outside of your body, you will just "pop" right back in. That was my biggest fear by far, but now i don't fear it anymore.

The only thing I see wrong with it is that it just needs to be grammar checked. In a couple of places it stops flowing together smoothly. Usually this isn't a problem though.

Well, with NDEs' which can occur as a result of an accident, or other traumatic event such as acute illness, heart attack...etc.. . You actually do not get trapped outside your body and cannot return. During an NDE...you are given a choice..if your condition is such that you can have a choice, to either go to the light or return.

Years ago, I was acutely ill with pyelonephritis (kidney infection), temp was 105, was admitted to hospital. I became aware that I was floating around the room while everybody was working on that body in the bed. It was so soft, and light and comforting and I could see the light...then I thought about my children..and I was back in my body again. Floating around like that is an awesome feeling.

I know the reason I stress grounding/centering/shielding is to keep any hitchhikers from coming back home with you after your astral trip.

It's true..it is good to eat something (I eat chocolate ;D) afterwards and drink plenty of fluids after you 'get back home'...oh..did I mention eating chocolate....LOLOLOLOL
