I'm not so sure. From what I've learned that are different levels to astral projection. OOBE I believe is the lowest level. But I am not sure how high it goes. In Spirit Quest by Synergy I read that there is the Physical Plane-----------------Root Chakra---------------------------Physical Body Etheric Plane--------------------------”-----------------------------------Etheric Body Astral Plane-------------------Spleen Center----------------------------Astral Body Lower Mental Plane-----------Solar Plexus-------------------Lower Mental Body Upper Mental Plane------------Heart Center------------------Higher Mental Body Buddhic Plane-------Throat Center/Third Eye Center---------------Limit of Self At(o)mic Plane-----------------Crown Center Anupadaka Plane Adi Plane This depends on who you read and the religion/path/ belief system it is referring to. Some believe differently than others. |

Thats what I though can it be the after life like a spirt world Were you asking if the astral plane is the spirit world? Not real sure what you meant. But, just in case, no...the astral plane is not the after life or the spirit world |

i was trying to get of out my body, a spirit came and took me out of my body and make electrical shocks for 5 minute. i want to know how come we protect ourself if they can take us out ,and we cannot escape from them .and this is why doesn't let me to continue.
