Since january i ve been having this odd experience when i go to sleep...it occurs like a half hour or hour after i ve fallen asleep, but the thing i m never really asleep, i am always on the edge of wake and sleep because i m aware of everything that is going on around me and i can feel everything. The first two times i had a warm feeling all over my body and tingles especially on my crone chakra and i felt as if my body was stretching and the next thing i knew i was floating.
Now i ve been having almost the same experience like 5 times, sometimes twice a day...but this time i find myself choking and gasping for breath, i can look through my eyelid and i m always in a white room, my body feels like it weighs a ton and i cant move an inch. On saturday night i suddenly was lying next to my neice who was fast asleep, i was choking and i was aware of my environment, i could see the room and myself lying on the bed but my eyelids felt extremly heavy and i was paralysed so i tried to reach out my hand to touch my neice and it really felt as if my hand had moved, i even saw how i was grabbing the sheets but the weird thing is that i didn't see my hand as if it had become invisible and then looked back and saw that my hand was still lying where it was and then i tried to step out of bed but it literally felt as if i was sitting up in my body and when i looked back i saw my body lying down while my soul was sitting up.
The same thing happend on monday n ight but it was more scarier and i thought i was dying...this time i saw everything in my room, my bed and then myself struggling to get up and then when i got up it felt as if i was walking through water, suddenly i was in the living room and the lights were still on but my parents weren't there so i went towards there bedroom, i found my mother in the hallway and i think i tried to get her attention, she seemed stattled but looked through me and thats when i knew she couldn't see me so i started knocking on my parents bedroom door and my dad stepped out and turned me and i slid back into my body but for a minute i was there gasping for breathing and unable to move and the next day while i was taking a nap i had another OBE and this time i felt as if someone was in my room and i saw white flashes coming towards me.
