when i try to ap i get a head ache around the area of where i consider my third eye...between my eyebrows and a lil above it....any adivce or reasoning for my headh ache...

I would like to know about this as well. It is about as bad as some of my overloads while I was learning to channel energy.

I'm not sure but maybe your trying to focus very hard on aping that your head starts to build up pain. I sometimes get these while trying to work on a very hard math problem or am holding a very complicated concept in my mind.
Maybe try and relax or meditate before trying to ap?
