So far I've tried ap for only a day, I managed to accomplish feeling extremly light as if in my astral body, and for a few seconds I was able to "See through" my eylids without openinig them, I think I just might have the problem of switchinbg my consiounce to my astral body, Any suggestions/tips you guys can give me, GREATLY appreciated. =)
