hello guys  and girls for sure I APed only 3 times but It happened by commanding my sub-c to do it while im sleeping and the 3 of them lasted for seconds Please I need help and best ways you tried to do it "on demand" thankyou |

well astral project is more of a personal thing, making it so that there is no one best way that works for all. My own way explained in the article on the main site (go look for it) is personally how I do it, but rarely works for others. You should research different mentions and try them, seeing which way works for you.
