hi,
I was thinking of buying a book of robert bruce, astral dynamics.
Does anyone have this one? or do you think buying books when you have loads of information on the forums about AP is a waste of monney?

If you're going to get a Robert Bruce book, Astral Dynamics isn't really the best choice. It's significantly more theoretical than practical, unless you already have a lot of practical experience, in which case the methods can be effective (at least according to my friends. I wouldn't know, I still can't AP. >_<) Anyway, a better book to get by the same author is Mastering Astral Projection. It's a step-by-step guide that claims to be able to get you out of your body in 90 days or less. I've read through it, but I don't have the time to commit to it until I get out of school for the summer. I'll stickwith my regular AP training regimen 'till then. ^_^

I've read the first book of Robert Monroe, that is i've read the beginning and the end (practical section) I was to anxious to read the how to part that I never read the middle. still havn't..
I also bought his third book, the ultimate journey, but havn't started that one yet, I think that's more for people who allready have AP'd.
Robert Bruce his books seem a little more up to date so I might try his..

Now. these are the original filenames. I didn't change them. XD Judging by the filenames and content of a couple of them, I think it's safe to assume that the authors of some of them are fluffballs. A couple of them are good, though, and I'll be glad to send them to anyone who wants them. I definitely like travel.rtf: long, small filesize, interesting, practical, etc.
