[glow=red,2,300]I woke up at 5:30 am, since I on a trip in europe, and not accustomed to the time here. So I took a shower, then tried to go back to sleep. I started dreaming about any random thing that might go on with my life, then I was in this room that I did not recognize... Suddenly for some wierd reason I started hearing burping sounds, and then in my dream I said, "I am now going to the astral..." And suddenly I knew I was dreaming, and I started hearing a loud blopwing in my ear, then my astral self lifted I KNEW I had done it... I was so happy, but it was a feeling I had never felt before, so it scared me to some extent I immediately after leaving my body and catching a quick glimpse of my surroundings, I said to myslef "I want to go back now" In a semi-frightened tone... And I did... That I am SURE I ap´ed and am SOOOOO happy that I finally accomplished this! =D This means I ap'ed via a lucid dream? Correct? Well if it does, then I will make SURE that I do it again! Thank you Karen for the wonderfull threads that helped me accomnplish this, and thank you all for the wonderfull tips that helped me induce this... I thank you all, I accomplished one of my goals in the psiworld for me.. I am now 100% sure everything is possible.. Tonight I will try it again, so wish me luck =D!

I hate you sooooooooooooo much right now. XD Seriously though, congratulations. Now just hope you can duplicate it. Honestly, it's been so long, I wouldn't know what I'd do if I did AP at this point. ^_^

Grats. I really want to do it, but i can't. I don't know why i can't, i just keep messing up. Any ideas on how i might be able to do better?

I have tried to replicate it but since I finally got used ot the time, I wake up later than the peopl I am with so there is usually to much noise to be able to do it in a quite place. Sorry I donøt answear quick enough but, I have no where to use the internet, except sometimes at a house that we are visiting. I will try to talk about this more when I get back, so I will talk to you all then, byebye
