Pulling People Out Of Their Bodies?

Have any of those of you who AP regularly ever heard of pulling others out of their bodies, or loosening the connection between the physical and astral bodies? If so, have you ever known someone who has either A) tried to do it, or B) had it done to themselves? If so, what were the results? Do you think it's possible? Do you think you could do it? If there's any other information you'd like to include, feel free. ^_^ Thanks in advance for any replies.

I have done it on a few occasions successfully, but more often than not I fail. I have never had it done to me. The people I did it to said it felt like they were being ripped from their bodies, in a nonpainfull way.

Uh, I wouldn't think they would have to be asleep...Just meditating. And you would still be concious if you were meditating...And he could ask them in real life...What are you talking about GEO?

since i heard that they wont remeber it happening. i wanted to know if he asked them how it felt while they were still astral. or if he asked them after they went back to their body

I've tried once, managed it (I think), but they had troubles even seeing their astral. I think the person has to establish a connection to their astral self. Some people could possibly be naturally inclined on being connected to the astral self and it can make it easier. But it's not a guarantee to work.

I think i've heard of this before, but not alot. I would like to try this some time. I just gotta work on APing more.

I told one of my friends to do this one night and he said that he did pull me out but i never remembered of such event.

Then he told me that i probably forgot and i think its true because i can barely remember any of my dreams...so yea I searched online and its recommended to keep a journal and keep track of ALL of your dreams/obe's until your mind is used to it.

Oh and when my friend pulled me out (according to him) I (in the Astral Plane) was confused like vision wise, he said i was seeing different planes at the same time...hehe
