I think it was my first Seperation!

Well. I started around 8:30am by laying down on my bed. I had my left arm on a pillow and my right along the body, and my legs straight. But i didn't find it comfortable with straight legs so i put them in a www.fotosearch.com/comp/PHD/PHD571/AA043009.jpg position.
I relaxed my body and I started to lose the feeling in legs.
I lied there and waited for something to happen and suddenly a voice yelled at me (Kind of, told me what to do.) to visualizes a purple orb where the third eye is. It appeared all suddenly and I looked at it for a few seconds "dancing" around. The then vibrations and sound kicked in, it sounded like a chainsaw being stared, It vibrated insanely in my chest and it felt like I was going to be ripped apart in to two part (In a very wonderful feeling) It was unlike anything I've ever felt. But it just lasted for a split second.. probably because I got exited. Again I felt my body again and jumped up from my bed to write it down before I forgot the experience. I woke up 8:50am and I started writing this 9:10am.
It was a wonderful feeling and it was really incredible.

EDIT: Before I was sent back into my body I was able to see, but it was very indistinct

Maybe it was... I don't really know what happens to you guys when you seperate from your bodies. Well, I felt my Astral/Etheric body seperate. at least that what i think, but not really an expert like some of you guys/girls are.

Is your separations anything like that?

Mine are. I feel the vibrations in my chest. And then, I imagine flying. And viola, I fly out.
