I have been having these wierd dreams ever since I was little where I leave go around then maybe fall, or trip then I suddenly wake up. Is dreaming about falling then waking up shaking or somehow see my self shaking it from these dreams Aping?

You project when you sleep. Falling dreams and flying dreams occur when your consciousness retrurns to your body rapidly and you're not quite lucid. It's like when you're just about to drop off to sleep and you hear a loud noise, and your body gives an involuntary jolt. You were halfway out and you suddenly got slammed back in. ^_^
