Ok, I saw the video, and I would like to clear up some stuff that was implied by the video.
(Please tell me if they're true or not)
1. You can go through walls when APing
2.You see other people that are APing while you're AP
3. Other concious people are not aware of you
4. Your AP can stop by an inturruption
5. You can levitate/ float while APing
(6. This isnt about APing but was the video a music video?)

First I use the words Aping for Astral Projection and OBE for Etheric Projection .
The Physical Plane and Etheric Plane is very close while the Astral Plane has a higher vibration and are further away from the Physical Plane.

So in OBE

1. True
2. True, by what I've read.
3. True, if they do not train in Psionics or other spiritual things, but you need to be quite experienced.
4. True, if you mean like if someone pushes or are laud.
5. True, in the Etheric Plane gravity has very little effect, or none. So you can not just float but you can fly.
6. Don't know.

Yep. Physical objects won't affect most people unless they're on a VERY low vibrational level, in which case you could theoretically pick up a ball and chuck it at someone.

Umm... most of the time, yeah. You're on the same plane, ain't ya? ^_^

Unless you're doing a very low-energy etheric projection, physically incarnate beings won't be able to see you or be affected by your presence. Unless they can see onto the astral while not APing, that is. (Aura vision helps with that particular skill. ^_^)
4. Your AP can stop by an inturruption
Yep. Any loud noise or disturbance to your physical bod ywill force you back. It's supposedly a subconscious reaction in case you're dying or something.
5. You can levitate/float while APing
Yep. You basically control the laws of physics on the astral, unless you've got a bunch of other astral people telling you otherwise, or if you've walked into certain "constructed" areas of the astral, where physics are set by whoever created the place.
(6. This isnt about APing but was the video a music video?)
Haven't looked at it yet, wouldn't know.

Got into the vibration state again, felt Goood. Just one step from having a full OBE. ;D

Note, I think most of you want to enter the Etheric Plane(OBE) because from there you can see awake persons and a world similar to this. You can not see persons from the Astral Plane from what I've read. The Astral Plane is more like a "Heaven" where you have left the Earth.

But, correct me if you consider that I'm wrong.
