Ah, a n00bish question, but I do need to know:
What is meant by the "astral plane"? I thought of it as a physically different (vibrational?) place, like another world. But in the video, the girl was still in her own room, she didn't go anywhere special. So which one is it? Do you just change form but are still in the same place, or are you in a different place completely?

the "astral plane" is another dimension that has a higher "vibration" there is no time and its not "physical" theres...energy heh
The girl was astral projecting in the physical plane/dimension
this is why i rather use the term OBE than AP either way your still out of body

Projection in the physical plane is called an Etheric Projection that's what I call OBE while I call an Astral Projection AP. The Girl in the movie had an Etheric Projection.

Thanks. I PMED you about it. I really wish to at least see once(if my body allows me, and the rest of the world ^_^) what the astral/real time plane looks like. I've always wondered for so long, the only thing i've had remotely similar is lucid dreams, which are weird. Most dreams that i have nowadays have me from a 3rd person point of view, not even in the thought. Feels really weird and aquard. All i'm doing is looking at it. I mean, i'm in it, but i can only see myself, i know i'm in a dream and all, yet my actions i think of in my head have no effects on my body in the dream. It feels strange, and i don't like it that much >.< If you know what it is, please tell me!
