Hey all, I have been working on astral/ethereal projection and never had any real luck. I do believe I may have had one a long time back but I thought it was something else and it was probably the scariest moment of my life hehe. So I stumbled across Azraels guide after finding the link here so I assume most of you should know what I am talking about there if not heres the link.

So anyways the guide seemed to help in a lot of ways. Last night was my second attempt to separate. I also used a binaural so I'm not sure if that had much to do with it. So twice I got this sensation both times it was as I was attempting the transfer to the ethereal body. As I was about to start the transfer portion I would feel almost like my body was sinking slightly like it was turning to stone or taking on a great weight. I would get the tingly static feeling all over and I could feel something happening at the third eye it was like energy was swirling around and pulling there, very pronounced feeling. I felt I was on the right track at this point so I would attempt the transfer and when this happened I could feel like my body start to feel weightless and trying to separate but it never actually happened. Each time as the feeling became more intense I would get sort of a lump in the throat feeling or the intense butterflies in your stomach feeling and it felt like my breath was being taken from me I was finding it very hard to breathe and I think thats what broke concentration both times. It did feel like it was about to happen my body just didn't want to let go yet which matches what Azrael says would probably happen just not sure if this is the correct experience I'm looking for. I would love to hear anyones thoughts I think I'm on the right track but would love some sort of confirmation or denial=). OK thanks for listening and take care.
