I am having alot of trouble with my projecting i have been trying for a while and just cant seem to get it, ive looked at tons of links and tried almost ALL the techniques they have, can someone please tell me step by step what YOU do, like exactly what you visualize and feel. please i would really appreciate it

It would be good if you actually wrote in full sentences, rather than like, 1 run-off sentence and one puny one....
