ok well i was wondering if this is OOBE, one day im telepathically connecting with someone and the next thing i know im in his house and i can hear and feel things that are going on in his house, i can control where im goin too.. is this OOBE? please get back to me..

well Astral Project is when you project to the astral realm and i doubt your friend lives in the astral realm  It could of been a Out of body Experience but you should describe what happened more like what did you do to meditate and stuff like that...visualization also |

well it was like i totally left my body behind, i felt things with this 'other' body, i was definitly not dreaming. I was in a semi meditive state, i cleared my mind and focused on seeing this person and all of a sudden i did. I was in his house, i wasnt walking, i was like floating but i could control where i wanted to go, i even saw what was on their TV. I could sense things too, all my senses were working. It was awsome!
